For more than 80 years, Eric’s Meat Market & Deli has been a proud part of Kaslo’s community — a place where tradition, craftsmanship, and local flavor come together.

Originally part of Burns & Co., the shop became Eric’s Meat Market in the mid-1900s and has remained a trusted name ever since. Today, it’s owned and operated by Forrest Collier, Bernelle Collier, Daniella Collier and Angus Collier — all lifelong locals who carry on the market’s proud heritage.

At Eric’s, we believe in honest work, quality ingredients, and strong community roots.
Every cut is hand-prepared right here in our shop, using locally sourced meats whenever possible. Our signature sausages, smoked fish, and beef jerky are made in-house — combining time-honored recipes with a true passion for flavor.
